Exercising 30 minutes a day, three to four days a week, can help your way to pregnancy. When paired with a healthy diet and good self-care, exercise can stimulate fertility, and many help you could conceive. Your sperm count increases in this help you.

Exercise only up to a certain extent. Do not over-exercise as it will lower down your sperm count. Exercising has its good effects only when it is correctly done or else it will put you in a bad state instead.
